Description

Destination Asia Japan is expanding, and we are looking for the right people to be part of our growth.
This position is based in our Ginza HQ, where you will be working with a young, energetic and international team.

Working in our busy Operations Department, you will be responsible for the operational coordination of all FIT/leisure tours in Japan.
Working closely with the Leisure team, your main duties will be the booking of services including transportation, guides, and ticketing and ensuring the smooth running of all operations on the ground.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execution of client itinerary bookings with suppliers such as guides, restaurants, airlines and train providers
• Ensuring that all travel documentation for client’s itinerary is correct and delivered in advance of the client’s arrival
• Work with suppliers to ensure all operational arrangements are made and executed in accordance with the standards of Destination Asia and our partners.
• Ensure that the quality of services provided by suppliers and their employees are up to the standards of Destination Asia and our partners.
• Maintain good relationship with key suppliers and overseas clients to ensure long-term partnerships.


SKILLS

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Japanese – written and spoken
• Conversational English
• Experience of travel to the main tourist destinations in Japan
• Good customer service
• Excellent problem solving skill
• High level of Organisational Skill
• Internationally minded


HOURS

We have several positions available, so hours and workdays are flexible, and the position can be anywhere up to 25 hours per week.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 18:30.

- お客さまのご要求に応じて、すべての事前契約サービスの予約
- 協力企業と連携し、諸々の調整を行い、お客さまをサポート
- 効率的にアシスタント業務を遂行し、協力企業とお客様に情報を提供
- お客さまの日本国内滞在中は、お客さまが当社のサービスに充分に満足されているかを確認
- 見積作成、お客さまの予約手続き、協力企業への予約作業を効率的かつプロフェッショナルに遂行
- 請求内容を正確に記録し、業務を正確に遂行
- リゾート地では、お客様のご要望に柔軟に対応し、オプションサービスを提供
- 会社の方針に即した精度の高い、きめ細かなサービスを提供

- 2年以上の就業経験
- ホスピタリティ産業またはレジャー産業での就業経験者優遇
- 留学経験者や海外での生活経験者優遇
- MS Officeを使えること
- 上司の指示を待たず自主的に業務を遂行できる方
