【Gain Experience in the Travel/Hospitality Industry】
Looking to gain knowledge and experience in the travel & hospitality industry? Join our busy Reservations Team and share your love and knowledge of Japan. Not only will you get a behind the scenes look at the operations side of the hotel and travel industry, but you will be able to work with both domestic and overseas guests, travel agents, wholesale agents, and more on a day-to-day basis.

Help to create the perfect travel plan for travelers who are looking to stay in our luxury machiya houses, boutique hotels, ryokans, and more.

▲Location
・Kyoto Office (7 min. walk from Kyoto Station)

▲Salary
・1,050 yen/per hour (1,000 yen/per hour during training period)
*Training period is dependent on number of days you are available to work per week.

・Transportation Costs (Maximum: 30,000 yen/month)
*Will be provided during training period

▲Work Hours
・4~6 hour shifts
・1~5 days a week
・9:00~21:00

▲Position
・Part-Time (No previous experience required)

▲Who We are Looking For (Requirements):
・Strong English Skills (Speaking / Writing / Listening)
・Strong Japanese Skills (Speaking / Listening)
・Computer Proficiency
・Multi-tasking Skills
・Detail-Oriented (Need to know hotel features, amenities, room information)

▲Duties & Responsibilities
・Assist guests and travel agents in planning and creating reservations
・Use your knowledge of Japan to appeal individual accommodations and locations to match each guests’ needs
・Understand hotel properties / features and what makes each accommodation unique
・Answer email inquiries and reservation requests
・Maintain and Update reservation system (Changes in Reservation, Cancellation, Change in Hotel, etc.)

We will not only provide full training in English / Japanese, but you will be provided templates and manuals in both languages to use during and after training.
