5 star hotel located in Yokohama, Minato Mirai is looking for new staff.

1. ★Service operator★

【Job description】
・Support of inquiries from HP and other media (mainly email)
・Translation and update of HP
・Provision of information about surrounding tourist spots
・Interpretation and translation for domestic and foreign guests

【Working hours】9:00~17:30

【Requirements】
・Japanese Business Level
・English Business Level
・Knowlidge of PC and email correspondence
・Working expirience in Japan more than 2 years (industry doesn’t metter)

【Welcome skills】
・Chinese language skills
・Work experience in the service industry


2. ★Lobby attendant・Bellman★

【Job description】
・Guidance of guests to their rooms, handling of baggage
・Interpretation and provision of information about tourist spots
・Support of guests at the lobby
・Mail, newspaper delivery

【Working hours】24 hours shift system
Day shift: 9:00 ~ 17:00
Late shift: 13:30 ~ 22:00
Night shift: 16:00 ~ 9:00 of next day (2 days work shift)

【Requirements】
・Japanese Business Level
・English Business Level
・Working expirience in Japan more than 2 years (industry doesn’t metter)

【Welcome skills】
・Chinese language skills
・Work experience in the service industry

【Salary】180,000 JPY and higher
