Job Description:
The selected person will be part of our Field Ops Dept, which is in charge of the expansion of our Last Minute Services
Part-time: 10-40 h / month. Hourly basis
Duties:
- Management of LMS Orders
- Working together with our fulfillment partners in the country
- Packing, Controlling and distributing tickets at our Official Pick up Points
- Administrative duties of LMS.
- Duties from the Field Ops Dpt.
Skills:
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Agile and proactive
- Good English + Japanese required
- Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly
- Attention to detail.
- Friendly, patient, empathetic customer-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work on weekends
- Willing to travel around the country.
Previous experience:
- Customer Care
- Administrative work
Salary
1200 JPY / hour
