<Vice-principal for International School in Tochigi>
【Duties include】
-Human resource management of English Native teachers and staffs (including employee interviews, period interviews, recruiting activities)
-Teachers and staffs training (both of native and bilingual Japanese)
-Amendment school’s curriculum (as the occasion demands)
-To achieve target number of new students (make school events plan, develop new service and improve existing service)
-Increase student and their parents’ satisfaction (improve students’ skill and hold the parent orientation meetings)
-Upgrade teachers and staffs performance including class’s quality (class contents check, hold the period training)
-Subordinate management
-Translate parents’ distribute documents to English
-Support relevant works in establish new school
【Working Time】(7.5 hrs)
1. 10:00–18:30 (before open school; until March, 2018 in planning)
2. 08:00–16:30 (After opened school; from April, 2018 in planning)
Over time: Ave. 20 hrs/month
【Holidays】
2 days/week (108 days/year)

【Application Conditions】
-Bachelor's Degree
-Passionate in education field
-English native level
-Japanese business level in listening
-PC skills for MS Office (create proposal documentary)
-Experienced work in education field (AL experienced or knowledge in related field are preferred)
-Experienced in management field
-Able to work in long term
【Welcome experienced and qualifications】
-Experienced in draw up the curriculum
-Person who have a driving license and can legally drive in Japan
【Salary】
35–70 million yen/year (290,000–580,000 yen/month)
※Depend on experiences
Bonus: 2 times/year (Depend on previous year’s performance) No bonus in first year
Pay raise: 1 time/year (Depend on previous year’s performance) No raise in first year

-Transportation allowance: up to 35,000 yen/month
-Moving cost: up to 200,000 yen/month

-House expense support: Free share house for individual or support 50,000 yen/month for apartment
