- 当社のクライアントである製薬企業の、国際医学会でマーケティングコミュニケーションに係る多岐に及ぶサービス企画のトータルコーディネーションを担当して頂きます。
- クライアントのニーズに応えて、外国語の語学力と企画力で活躍して頂きます。
- プロジェクトにより、年間５回程度の海外出張に就いて頂く予定です。

- パワーポイント、エクセル、ワードなど基本ソフトウエアーに対応

Event Planner and Coverage Activities Coordinator at International Medical Conferences

Recruiting Background and Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coverage Activities Coordination at International Medical Conferences
- Successful candidates for this position will be tasked with total planning and coordination of a variety services related to the marketing communication needs of pharmaceutical clients and their activities at international medical conferences.
- Responding to client’ needs, utilize planning abilities and communication skills to work in an environment requires the use of both English and Japanese.
- Based in Tokyo, will be required to travel overseas on average of 5 times a year for various projects

Job Requirement:
- Near native English & above business-level, fluent Japanese ability (foreigners welcome, regardless of nationalities)
- Be positive, approach tasks with a forward-thinking mindset while placing emphasis on teamwork and cooperation
- Proficient office computer skills, particularly Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Experience in marketing, law, copyright-related business an asset
